Product decription
This tubular microporous aerator is designed for oxygen aeration in municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment systems. The product employs an air supply main pipe and a pilot air groove to enable microporous aeration through expandable holes on a rubber membrane.

Dubhe-65 Rubber Tube Aerator for Wastewater Treatment
The tubular microporous aerator is manufactured using EPDM rubber and formula raw materials processed through a complete rubber refining system. The aeration rubber tubes are produced with fully imported precision membrane tube production equipment.
Structural composition includes:
Air distribution branches and aeration support pipes fixed at the pool bottom, made of technically treated UPVC rigid pipes;
Air flow distributors and adjustable fixing brackets constructed from ABS;
Imported 304 stainless steel clamps for secure fastening.
Operating principle:
A rubber membrane perforated with aeration pores covers a tube body densely arranged with micropores. Due to the membrane's excellent elasticity:
During operation: Gas pressure from the tube body's pores acts on the rubber membrane, causing the aeration pores to expand and open. This allows air to diffuse uniformly into the water for oxygenation.
When air supply stops: The aeration pores return to a semi-closed state, preventing clogging by blocking external contaminants

1. Thermal Stability & Molecular Structure
Wide Operating Temperature Range: Silicone rubber maintains stable performance within -60°C to +250°C (extendable to -73°C with phenyl groups and short-term exposure to 300°C+), outperforming most organic rubbers whose brittleness occurs at -20~-30°C 
Molecular Backbone Strength: The Si-O bond energy (370 kJ/mol) significantly exceeds that of C-C bonds (240 kJ/mol), explaining its exceptional thermal stability. The spiral configuration of Si-O bonds provides high molecular flexibility, while weak intermolecular forces contribute to its elasticity 

2.Mechanical Properties
Low Base Strength: Unfilled vulcanizates exhibit tensile strength <1 MPa and elongation at break 50~80% due to minimal intermolecular forces.
Reinforcement Potential: With optimized fillers (e.g., fumed silica), methyl vinyl silicone rubber achieves:Tensile strength: 11~13 MPa
Tear strength: 343~686 N/cm
Limitations: Lower abrasion resistance and mechanical strength compared to organic rubbers remain key challenges

Stable Insulation: Maintains stable dielectric properties across temperatures, even in humid environments (volume resistivity: 1014~1016Ω·cm).
High-Voltage Reliability: Superior arc/corona resistance (20x longer life than fluororubber), making it ideal for aerospace cable insulation and composite insulators 
Hydrolysis Risk: Degrades in high-pressure steam due to Si-O bond hydrolysis
