Braided ribbon fillers are made into curtain fillers based on biological ropes. Braided belt type filler fiber filter material is an environmentally friendly bioactive filler with good water purification efficiency, simulating the form of natural water plants, and is not easy to contain stored sludge. The biological rope made of modified fibers has hydrophilic,,, oleophilic, cutting effect on bubbles, oxygen storage function, strong adsorption capacity, high biological activity, high mass transfer efficiency, and convenient installation. Braided belt filler is suitable for the treatment of urban domestic sewage, organic Industrial wastewater treatment with various concentrations (chemical industry, wool spinning, printing and dyeing, tanning, paper making, pharmaceutical, food and other industries) and the restoration of micro polluted water bodies such as rivers, lakes, ponds and landscapes in anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic environments.
The strength of the centerline directly affects the stable operation of the system. With the fixation of the biofilm, the weight of the filler will gradually increase, and it is prone to breakage of wires and central ropes due to the impact of water flow, which affects its service life. The rope type biological filler adopts a high elasticity silk mixed weaving process, and a single mixed weaving wire can withstand a tensile force of 5kg. Due to the central rope fixation method of the rope type biological filler, a total of 12 mixed weaving wires are used in a single section. The measured biological rope filler can withstand a tensile force of 60kg.
Applications
Biological rope fillers have a high porosity, which has a better effect on membrane hanging and removal of high concentration industrial wastewater, replacing traditional elastic fillers and composite fillers. With low porosity and good biological capture capacity, it is mainly used in artificial ecological floating islands of natural water bodies, aquaculture and river treatment, and low concentration sewage with BOD below 50mg/L. This product is mainly applicable to the purification of urban sewage, domestic sewage, Industrial wastewater treatment treatment (wool textile, printing and dyeing, tanning, paper making, pharmaceutical, food and other industries) and polluted water in rivers, lakes and seas.
